2. Services

Brandbes provides website templates, SaaS products, software solutions, and professional development services. Our Webflow Templates Marketplace (brandbes.com/webflow) offers premium Webflow templates available for individual purchase, as a Pro Bundle subscription, or as a Lifetime access plan.

3. Accounts

To purchase templates or access certain features on the Webflow Templates Marketplace, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

4. Template Licensing

Single Template License: Grants you the right to use one purchased template for unlimited personal and client projects. You receive lifetime updates for that template.

Pro Bundle: Grants you access to all 150+ templates in our library for the duration of your annual subscription. Includes new monthly releases, commercial license for client projects, and priority support.

Lifetime Plan: Grants you permanent access to all current and future templates, lifetime updates, commercial license, and team access.

All license tiers include a commercial license, allowing you to use templates for client projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make templates available for download by third parties. Templates must be used as a starting point for your own projects — you may not offer them as competing template products.

5. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as our merchant of record. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes as determined by Paddle based on your location. Pro Bundle subscriptions renew annually unless canceled before the renewal date.

6. Refunds

Our refund policy is detailed on our Refund Policy page. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on template purchases and subscriptions under certain conditions.

7. Development Services

Custom development, migration, maintenance, and other professional services are provided under separate project agreements. Service scope, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms are defined in individual proposals or contracts agreed upon before work begins. These Terms of Service apply to the general use of our website and online services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites — including but not limited to templates, designs, code, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Brandbes LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Purchasing a template grants you a license to use it as described in Section 4; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, redistribute or resell templates without authorization, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts, transmit malicious code or interfere with the operation of our services, or use our services for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Templates are provided as design starting points and may require customization for your specific needs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandbes LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Webflow Templates Marketplace

The Webflow Templates Marketplace at brandbes.com/webflow is operated by Brandbes LLC and is subject to these Terms of Service. All purchases, downloads, account management, and licensing for Webflow templates are governed by these terms. Additional guidelines specific to the marketplace may be communicated on the marketplace itself.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
